flexibility-
to allow the possibilities to divide the house into necessary
spaces.
individuality-
to give the occupants the freedom to design the apartment fitting
their needs.
neutrality-
to not destinate the use by the design. the
building consists of a reinforced-steel-concrete column structure
with glass facades to the north and south. all the dividing apartment
walls are flexible as long as they connect to the columns. the
upper part of the ‘built-in walls’ is made of glass,
therefore all elements inside a living unit appear as movable
'furniture boxes'.
the floor plans show one proposal for the structure of the building
but there are many other living forms possible. |
